The Cottage at Riverbank is the perfect country getaway in the heart of the Fermanagh countryside. This property is situated within a private family home surrounded by 30 acres of fields and woodlands, and on the Ballinamallard River. You are 1 mile from the nearest amenities of Ballinamallard, and 8 miles from the town of Enniskillen, there are lovely walks on the doorstep too. You are also in easy reach of Lough Erne with boat hire/tours /fishing. Also included in your stay, milk, bread, eggs from our own hens (when laying), tea, coffee and sugar. Guests will have their own entrance into a large kitchen diner with washing machine, dishwasher, oven/gas stove, and a large American style fridge/freezer. The living room is spacious with a log burner and beautiful views over the garden and woodland. The bathroom has a shower/bath and the large double bedroom is cosy and inviting. 1 bedroom - 2 guests in a double bed A travel cot for an infant or single camp bed can be provided for 1 additional guest. We are within reach of the following amenities: Ballinamallard village: shops/restaurant/pharmacy/barber/petrol stations/park - 2 miles Enniskillen - 8 miles Irvinestown - 5 miles Manor House Hotel - 5 miles ****IMPORTANT*** Please note the entrance to the house off is not visible from the road. It is opposite Sheridan Road coming from Ballinamallard on the righthand side. A polite notice: you may hear/see children playing, dogs, horses, sheep and chickens.
