The Cowshed is a unique, newly converted annexe in the garden of a 16th century listed house. It feels like a peaceful oasis and retreat from the modern world, yet is only a short distance to the historic market town of Godalming. The large open plan space includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, as well as a comfortable sitting area with a large flat-screen TV. The sitting area has a sofa and 2 relaxing chairs which you can move around depending on whether you want to be sociable, watch TV or just sit and enjoy the view out to the garden. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and leads onto a contemporary en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and is next to the second bathroom, which also has a shower, basin and toilet. There is underfloor heating throughout and you can control the temperature in each of the rooms separately. The wide sliding doors from the living area open onto a large patio and overlook the beautiful garden. There is a bench on the patio, as well as garden table and chairs in the summer months. Let us know if you’d like to use the firepit or BBQ and we can set this up for you. Parking is available for three cars. If you want to bring bikes, we can arrange secure storage, just let us know in advance. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome.

We live in the main house, and are happy to help with any queries or requests when we're around. We have teenagers available for babysitting if you're interested.
