A traditional coastal Croft cottage. Been modernised to a high standard, But keeping all the traditional aspects, the two bedrooms are both situated in the loft with vaulted ceilings, with a toilet up stairs, with a Traditional loft style staircase (quite steep) The lounge is to the front of the property With dual aspect, then there is a large downstairs bathroom with shower over the bath newly fitted, a large kitchen dining room again dual aspect, There is a large porch for all your wet clothing shoes and boots. The cottage is situated walking distance from the beach it also has a large rear garden, Backing onto an open field which often has sheep or highland cattle in. There is a small post office, A coffee boffy and a Electric car charging point within walking distance.
We are local Crofters on a hill farm we breed pedigree Highland Cattle and Blackface Sheep,
Melvich is a north costal village on the famous route 500, 1/2 hour from Thurso, there is golden sand beaches, lovely scenic walks, views to die for. From the back garden on a clear Day you can See the Orkney islands. If you are lucky on a clear evening you may see the Northern Lights.
