The Hat's Hut is located at Middle farm, a family run farm in a great location - just 15 mins from J10 of the M40 and 20 mins from M1. We have a dog and horses.

Property info

The Hat's Hut is a unique wooden hut set in a beautiful location on a working farm and looks out onto a paddock with horses and other wildlife. Please be aware that the bed is 4ft5 by 5ft8 with a wall at either end. The main space consists of double bed at one end a stylish kitchen with a microwave and two ring hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and various other kitchen essentials. There is a small table with stools inside and a table and chairs outside where there is a firepit. There is a shower and loo and small basin at the other end. Storage under the bed, lovely seating area outside and plenty of parking and walks across the farm.

We are 8 miles between Bicester and Brackley both with good restaurants and shops. Close by we have Bicester Village, Silverstone, Stowe Landscape Gardens, Claydon House, Waddesdon Manor, Hughendon Manor, Clivedon, Canons Ashby, Warwick Castle, Sulgrave Manor, Blenheim Palace and Evenly Wood Garden.
