The hosts were wonderful and good communication. The property was beautiful and I felt right at home. The welcome basket was delightful and the drawer of bits and bobs of things people may have forgotten was an added bonus.

Beautifully hidden amongst 1000's of acres of stunning arable farmland the dog friendly Honeysuckle Coop is the perfect spot to retreat away from fast paced daily living and simply breathe. The perfect base to explore the fabulous East Midlands and it's abundance of history and natural beauty. If it's country walks, award winning pubs, castles, or even water sports that takes your fancy it's all within easy reach of the Honeysuckle Coop. Please note that the Honeysuckle Coop comfortably can accommodate 2 adults. There is a sofa bed that can be used by a child. The Coop would not be suitable for 3 non related adults. Arable Farm, Countryside, views, bird watching, walks.
Rob and Emma welcome you to the Honeysuckle Coop which is located on their arable farm. They live onsite and are always available to answer questions about the local area and help however they can to make your stay everything you need it to be. Rob and Emma have 3 children, two son's that have grown up and flown the nest, leaving their daughter still at home. They also have two well trained Labradors and six chicken's. There is also two horses that live on the farm. We welcome your dogs (maximum two) to come and share your stay with us but we do expect them to well-behaved and kept on lead when you are around the farm-yard for their safety.
Grimsthorpe Castle, Belvoir Castle, Lincoln Castle, The Burghley Estate, Rutland Water Nature Reserve, Woolsthorpe Manor (Birthplace/home of Isacc Newton), Belton House, and the fabulous town of Stamford are all within very easy reach. We are surrounded by some fabulous walks and many end in up close by to an equally fabulous country pub! Having a car is essential.
