An elevated suite experience The James Suites offer a more spacious affordable luxury accommodation. For a true residential experience in the heart of the city each suite has an open plan contemporary layout, complimentary high speed wi-fi, and 50" Smart TV with Netflix capability. Each Suite has a seperate pull out sofa bed with a seperate high spec bathroom and kitchen facilities that include a fridge and Microwave oven. A cooking hob is not available. There is a colourful Art Inspirational theme and modern touches to deliver an added layer of comfort. A keypad entry system is used to access the building and the Suites, entry codes will be sent to the contact details we hold for guests prior to their visit. Car parking is available on street in front of the building and both Quayside Car Park & William St Car Park are less than a one minute walk away.

The James Suites are located on in L/Derry city centre right next door to The Holiday Inn Express, the suites are surrounded by a host of fine Restaurants and Bars all within a 2-3 minute walk away. Quayside shopping Centre and The Strand Cinema along with many independent retailers are located a stone's throw away on The Strand Road. Views of the famous City Walls can be seen from The James Suites and to visit the Historic 'Free Derry Corner' in the city's Bogside is only a 3 Minute walk.
