The Landers is a very well-equipped, black and white timber holiday home, dating back to the 17th century. This 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home sleeps 10 guests across three king-size rooms, one double and one twin bedroom. Seamlessly combining its original features - two open fireplaces and oak beams - with sought after facilities, The Landers includes a fantastic kitchen-breakfast room, two reception rooms, two modern bathrooms, an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, and three garden areas with parking for six cars. This spacious, dog-friendly property is six miles south of Cheltenham with a shop, pub and restaurant less than a mile away. Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. 4 well-behaved dog/s are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Please make yourself aware of the hot tub rules and hours of use. An additional fee of 150 GBP applies and it must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted. Steps: There are a number of steps which guests with mobility issues/parents carrying babies should make themselves aware of via the 3D tour. Spiral stairs: Bedrooms One, Two and Three and the Family Bathroom are accessed via a wide, but spiral, metal staircase leading out of the kitchen. Low Beams: the staircase from the Dining Room to Bedrooms 4 and 5 has a low beam over the stairs. The pool is available from 1 May to 30 September. The pool can be used between 8am and 10pm.

The Landers is in the hamlet of Little Witcombe, three miles from the M5 motorway, eight miles from Gloucester, six miles from Regency Cheltenham, 10 miles from Stroud and 12 miles from Cirencester. The nearby A46 road provides easy access to all the towns and villages of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford. The remains of the nearby Roman Villa is proof of the area's long history, as is nearby Prinknash Abbey, which dates back to 1096. Witcombe Cricket Club is across the road, a Premier Inn with a pub and restaurant is half a mile down the road, Gloucester Ski & Snowboard is 5.5 miles away and FlyUp417 Bike Park is just a mile away. Regency Cheltenham (6 miles away) has plenty of boutique shopping, the celebrated Gold Cup Cheltenham Racecourse and world-famous jazz and literary festivals.
