Set in its own little orchard of apple, pear & plum trees this delightful and spacious accommodation includes open plan living with kitchen space, entrance hall, bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with ensuite. Situated in the charming town of Watlington, nestling beneath the Chiltern Hills, the Little Orchard is ideal for exploring the stunning countryside by either foot or bicycle and if you just want to relax, enjoy sitting out in the orchard, screened by a copper beech hedge.
Situated between Thame, Henley on Thames, Wallingford and Oxford, there are so many places to visit within a few miles from the Little Orchard. Historic houses, like Blenheim Palace, Stonor Park, Greys Court, Nuffield Place, Waddesdon Manor West Wycombe House with the infamous Hellfire Club or beautiful gardens like Waterperry make great days out. The River Thames with its Thames Path are only a few miles away at Benson, Wallingford, Henley and Marlow. Only seventeen miles away are the dreaming spires of Oxford and a bit further on is the retail therapy at Bicester Village Designer Outlet. If you don’t mind travelling a little further, London is only 40 miles which can be easily accessed by the excellent Oxford Tube coach service, which runs every 20 minutes from the M40 at Lewknor.
