You enter by way of the front rose Garden to a large Entrance Hall with coats rack, doors to front Lounge & Library area with a range of books & games; and the staircase with feature Flint wall. The large airy Kitchen has an Aga, plus Twin Electric Ovens, Dishwasher, Fridge & separate Freezer, round Breakfast Table, Microwave & Nespresso Coffee Machine. The Kitchen is open to the rear Seating Area with a 3-person settee & chair and games table; French doors open to the brick paved rear Garden. The secure Garden has a wooden bench, cast iron table & chairs plus BBQ. The Dining Area with a large wooden table and eight chairs opens on to the front Lounge with 2 3-person settees, TV, two chairs & large coffee table. There is also a shower and toilet room off the main hall. The secluded Master Bedroom & en-suite Shower room, with views across the Sheringham roof tops to the sea, is on the top floor; there is a further Double Bedroom, large twin Bedroom & Twin Bunk Room with a large Family Bathroom.

Sheringham is well provided for with a good number of quality Restaurants, Cafes and Coffee Houses; plus a full range of shops and items of tourist interest. Along the sea front there is a wide Promenade from the West by the Sheringham Lifeboat Station through to the East and the Sheringham Museum and beyond towards Cromer. There is a Sainsburys Local in town and a larger Tescos with a car park by the mainline railway station. We have a Petrol filling station just beyond the main town car park by the railway stations. The Steam Railway is just a 5 minute walk and next door is the National Rail Station to Cromer, Norwich and beyond. Tourist coaches covering Norfolk and regular bus services leave from near the Steam Railway.
