A short corridor leads to a ground floor king size double bedroom, with a large walk-in shower room next door. At the other end of the building is a second shower room, and stairs up to the large master bedroom with king size bed, built-in wardrobes and brilliant views. Outside the patio offers a pergola, table, chairs, BBQ and great views, with some access to the owners’ tennis court next door included (see ‘Useful Information’ below for details). LOCAL AREA: The Old Stables is in the heart of Sussex wine country, with Upperton, Stopham and several other Vineyards all nearby. The South Downs Way passes just north of River village, and this location is just over 3 miles from the picturesque and historic town of Petworth, and 4 miles to Cowdray Park & Polo and the thriving market town of Midhurst, full of character and old world charm.
