Our accommodation comprises of two well-appointed single story converted barns with a shared courtyard. The holiday cottages along with the farm house are situated down a long quiet drive and are nestled peacefully within 60 acres of grassland and horse grazing. Each property has 2 good sized double bedrooms with Memory Foam Mattresses, shower room and open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are only 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from East Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking onsite including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved pets at a small charge per pet, per night. We also have stabling for you to bring your horse along too here at High House Farm Livery (subject to availability).

We love to share the peace and tranquillity of country living with our guests. We live on site next door in the main Farmhouse with our 2 barky rescue terriers who can be found roaming around the farm. We are always available should you need us, if we are not in the house we can usually be found either in the farm office or on the livery yard.

High House Farm is situated in the quiet Norfolk village of Cranworth which is an ancient settlement mentioned in the Doomsday Book. We are conveniently located right in the heart of Norfolk which makes it the perfect countryside base for exploring. With plenty to do and see in every direction, you really will be spoilt for choice when it comes to selecting what to do next... There are some great horse riding opportunities available in Norfolk and for horse owners who wish to take their horse with them on holiday, there is also a livery at High House Farm where you can bring your horse along too (at cost, subject to availability). In Cranworth village you will find the Norfolk Smokehouse know locally as 'Bunning's fresh fish' who you will also find selling at any of the local markets. Due to our rural location you will need your own transport to get around. Unfortunately we don't have a pub or local shop in walking distance, the nearest shop is 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 3½ miles.
