The Palais is in a superb location in Dundee’s West End, just a short walk to the river or to Perth Road where you can explore independent shops like Le Freak Records and The Little Green Larder or enjoy brunch at the popular Pacamara Food & Drink cafe. It’s five minutes drive or about 25 minutes walk to the city centre, with bus connections also available. Dundee enjoys excellent road, rail and air links. The domestic airport is just 4 minutes drive from the apartment with direct flights to London and Belfast. Dundee is a thriving small city with great attractions like the V&A Museum, Dundee Contemporary Arts to The McManus Art Gallery & Museum. There’s also good shops and vibrant cafes and restaurants. If you’re keen to explore further, head along the Angus coastline to Broughty Ferry which is known as "The Jewel in Dundee's Crown" to check out its famous golden beach and independent local shops and cafes, or explore seaside towns like Carnoustie and Arbroath, or head inland to the Angus Glens for some truly stunning hill walks.
