67 steps from the pavement to the front door, with no lift, so not suitable for wheelchairs, push chairs or anyone with walking difficulties. 2 bedrooms: One luxury double Chesterfield style bed, with double doors with views on Tower gardens and the North Sea above the Embassy Theatre. 2 singles, but can be made as king size, as zip and link. (Can only be done on request with booking). Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Open plan kitchen, living room, dining room. Gas central heating. Electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, Tassimo machine, fridge and freezer ice box. Smart TV with Netflix. WiFi. Bed linen and towels included. Street parking to front of property. NO SMOKING. Nearest : Shop 2 minute walk, Pub 3 minute walk, Theatre 4 minute walk, Beach 6 minute walk. Tower Gardens over the road offers a play area, zip line, and ponds for feeding ducks, and of course the seagulls! Note: property sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Note: No same sex parties, such as stag or hen. Please note that all bookings require a pre authorisation hold of two hundred pounds. This will be released after the cleaning team have confirmed no damage has been done to the property following departure.

Skegness has many things on offer. Great café’s to enjoy, a stroll round the shops or a walk down the promenade. For those wanting alittle more, there is crazy golf, seal sanctuary, the Skegness aquarium, outdoor swimming and of course, donkey rides over the beautifully kept Skegness beach. If you prefer less lights and noise, Gibraltar Point is a short drive away, where you enjoy the unspoilt coastline or ramble the Wolds on foot or by bike. The Penthouse has something for everyone to enjoy your special time away in Lincolnshire.
