The Reef, a ground-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine chiller, a dining area with dining table and breakfast bar seating, Smart TV, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin (zip/link), both with Smart TVs. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared garden with barbecue area, a shared external games room with Smart TV and pool table, and off-road parking for one car. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.1 miles. The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.
