Company info

Tina & Mick have been owners of The Sandgate since May 2015. This was a completely new venture for us, and we are enjoying it very much. We have met some lovely people with many guests returning to stay again. We are committed to providing guests with a clean and comfortable stay, with a hearty breakfast. There is orange juice, choice of cereals, tea & coffee and toast with peserves, and a cooked breakfast comprising of sausages, bacon, egg, hashbrown, beans and tomatoes. Vegetarian sausages can be provided if informed previously. Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.00.

Property info

Detached three storey house. All letting rooms are on floors 1 & 2, there are no ground floor letting rooms. The Sandgate is close to the Shopping Centre, Clock Tower and Sea Front. All rooms have TV, tea & coffee making facilities and central heating. All rooms are provided with towels & complimentary toiletries.

Neighborhood info

Skegness is a lovely area to stay with lots to do. There is a lively High Street with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants & bars. There The Aquarium just a few minutes walk away. The sea front has lots of kiosks selling icecreams, doughnuts, hotdogs, teas & coffees and much more. There is The Embassy theatre that has great shows, including a pantomime at Christmas. There is the Pleasure Beach which has lots of rides for all ages. On the Parades there are lots of amusement arcades and restaurant/bars. There is the Natureland seal sanctuary which also has meerkats, butterfly house and farm animals. There are donkey rides on the beach, and an area for safe swimming with lifeguards. Skegness has lots more to offer, that is what makes so many people return again and again.
