The Shires is a fantastic newly refurbished townhouse on the outskirts of Nuneaton with a secure garden and off-road parking for up-to 3 vehicles. It is situated in a quiet residential area but with all amenities including pubs / restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minutes of the property. The house will sleep up-to 6 people and features a 50" Netflix ready flat screen TV and free WIFI This Holiday home has 3 double bedrooms with single or king-sized bed configuration, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/ dryer, dishwasher and a microwave, comfy living / dining room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 shower room and 3 WC's. It is truly a home from home Nuneaton Train Station and Town Centre are less than a 10 minute drive / taxi ride away with Birmingham Airport and the NEC being just 12 miles away or approx. 20 minute’s drive.
