Welcome to our newly converted Stables and Hayloft, a quiet and relaxing place, perfect for a romantic getaway. Overlooking the Hop Kilns gardens and duck pond and beautiful Herefordshire countryside, the accommodation consists of a hallway, (super king size) bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with free standing bath. Upstairs there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining and living area with bifold doors opening onto the south facing oak and glass balcony with rural views. There is a TV, wifi and bluetooth music system and parking. The building has been designed with comfort in mind, but also character. There are several original features, the tables are made from the old stable and hayloft doors, part of the hay rack is in the bedroom and the cubby holes originally used for candles are now featured in the hall and bedroom. Cedar stable wall panels have been combined with the elm floor boards to make the upstairs flooring. We are only 1.5 miles from Ledbury with its lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. The Malvern Hills are a 10 minute drive away. PLEASE NOTE we are unable to accommodate additional guests/visitors and no smoking is permitted on the premises.

Amanda and Richard live in the Hop Kilns next door to the Stables and Hayloft which is set in 1.4 acres of gardens.

We are in countryside surrounded by farms but also convenient for a five minute drive into Ledbury with its quaint shops, cobbled streets and lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is a lovely organic farm shop two doors away where you can buy eggs and seasonal vegetables using an honesty box. There are also walks around the fields and down to the river so do bring your walking boots and wellies! As we are a mile and a half from Ledbury, you will probably find it easiest to use a car to get to pubs and shops although some of our guests are happy to walk.
