The Steppes Holiday Cottages are located just 3 miles from Hereford city centre and tucked away in beautiful Herefordshire countryside. Both cottages have garden views and all guests are welcome to sit in the gardens in various locations. The original building dates back to the 1500s and was built in the reign of Henry VIII however, our cottages are located in much newer buildings within the gardens of the old house. We are an award winning establishment and have recently converted our business from B&B to Holiday Cottages. Please note that both UpStairs and Garden Lodge are NOT dog friendly. Not because we do not like dogs, but simply because we have two of our own and they take exception to visiting dogs! We look forward to welcoming you at The Steppes Holiday Cottages. Please note that the UpStairs suite is above the car port and you do need to negotiate a flight of stairs.

Lin is extremely interested in good food and a healthy lifestyle, and also dabbles in painting (mixed media), spinning and weaving. Martin is very keen on F1 racing.

Herefordshire countryside is some of the best in the country, and we have the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons, Malverns all within a few minutes drive.
