The Studio is a self contained B&B above an open garage. Access is via a set of wooden stairs. It contains a king size bed which unzips to make two single beds. The bed is made up as one kingsize so please request two single beds when booking if wanted. There is also a sofa bed. A small kitchen which contains an oven and hob, toaster, kettle and fridge, along with a TV and a separate shower room. There is a wooden set of stairs up to the Studio so please do be careful and hold on to the bannister when going up and down. Dogs welcome but are not allowed on any of the furniture. Please treat the property with respect, as if it were your own.

Stainby is a small hamlet located between Grantham and Stamford in Lincolnshire. It is rural, therefore, a car would be needed. We are situated about 2 miles from the Al motorway. Walking is possible straight from the Studio. The nearest pubs are in Buckminster, The Tollemache Arms and in Sewstern, The Blue Dog. Further afield, The Berkeley Arms, Wymondham , The Wheatsheaf, Greetham, The Olive Branch, Clipsham. There is a lovely restaurant in Oakham, Hitchen's Barn.
We are situated near a number of tourist attractions, including:
Woolsthorpe Manor, National Trust, birthplace and family home of Sir Isaac Newton (Woolsthorpe by Colsterworth)
