The Studio is a beautifully restored former artist's studio in the pretty hamlet of Rinsey. The cottage sleeps four people and has a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a ground floor twin bedroom (zip-linkable to 6' double) and a family bathroom. The sitting room has a huge inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove and the kitchen with dining area has French windows overlooking the terrace and garden. Outside is a private, peaceful and relaxing garden with stone terrace, table and chairs, lawn, and parking for four cars. The village of Praa Sands sits on the south coast in between Helston and Marazion. Praa Sands is known for its mile-long sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions.
