The Studio is a lovely first floor apartment situated in the peaceful village of Roughton just five minutes from the seaside town of Cromer.
There is a separate twin room opposite the main Studio area with it's own en-suite . Perfect for the kids so the adults can enjoy their own space. That's if you don't want to be outside with a BBQ and a glass of wine in the private garden area reserved for the property.
Based in Roughton just south of Cromer in North Norfolk. I have been a property developer for the last twenty years and have a great interest in property and architecture. My wife Sarah and I have holiday let the Studio for the last five years. With five children I have a passion for gardening and am delighted to have obtained National Collection Status for our Salvia Micropylla.
You will have a contact number for use during your stay.
Within the village of Roughton are lovely country walks ,pub, fish and chip shop ,garage and shop. We are ten minutes from the sea, Felbrigg Hall National Trust and twenty minutes from the Georgian town of Holt.
We have parking at The Studio and we are a five minute walk from Bus Services to Cromer and Norwich. Roughton Road train station is approximately three miles from The Studio which serves Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich.
