The Swallow’s Nest is set in a peaceful rural area near Haverfordwest, surrounded by countryside, wild meadows and quiet lanes. It is a lovely base for guests who enjoy walking, beaches, nature and a slower pace of life. The village pub, The Pelcomb Inn, is around a five-minute walk away, while the Rising Sun can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Haverfordwest is a short drive away and offers shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and transport links. The beautiful Pembrokeshire coast is also within easy reach. Nolton Haven is around 4.5 miles away, while Newgale and its long sandy beach are approximately 6 miles away. There are plenty of coastal paths, countryside walks and small villages to explore nearby. A car is useful for making the most of the area, although Haverfordwest train station provides connections for guests arriving by public transport. The setting feels quiet and away from it all, while still being close enough to local amenities and the coast.
