The nearby beach invites guests to enjoy canoeing and paddleboarding, fully immersing in the coastal beauty. The gentle sounds of the burn create a peaceful ambiance, enhancing the tranquil setting. The cottage features a bright, airy sitting room with French doors that open to the deck, offering views of the burn, garden, and surrounding landscape. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dining area, one comfortable double bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating ensures warmth and comfort throughout the year. Set just a few hundred yards from the shore, the secluded location offers a perfect retreat for couples. Access is via a lay-by on the road, followed by a short walk through a gate and down some steps, providing a private and peaceful escape. Electricity is free up to 20, with any additional usage charged at cost. Heating is provided by electric radiators and is included within this allowance.
