We have been running the holiday cottages at Three Gates since 2010, when we moved from London with our young daughter. We live onsite and meet all guests upon arrival. We enjoy talking to our visitors and helping them plan things to do and places to go that will make their stay enjoyable.

Property info

Three Gates Farm is a converted 17th Century farm, with five 4 star holiday cottages, set in the beautiful East Devon countryside, only 15 minutes drive from the M5 (J27). We have a large, warm, indoor swimming pool (33 ft), sauna, fitness room, children’s play areas, 12 ft trampoline, laundry facilities, enclosed pond area with ducks and friendly chickens and two acres of grounds. All cottages are well equipped with central heating, dishwashers, flat screen TVs with freeview, DVD players and free WiFi Internet access

Neighborhood info

The area is rural with surrounding farmland. There are pleasant walks nearby particularly along the Grand Western Canal and at Knightshayes, a local National Trust property. A village with pubs and shops is about 3 miles away. The location is a perfect stepping off point for exploring Mid-Devon, Exmoor and the North and South coasts.
