As a wonderful country pub in Durham we have many spacious rooms with all the usual hotel facilities including tea & coffee making facilities, TV with Freeview as well as Wi-Fi and an en-suite shower.
Dining
Our comfortable restaurant offers a wide range of freshly prepared food from our traditional menu. With a range of tempting speciality dishes and some great value meals all freshly prepared by our chef whilst you enjoy a drink.
With newly refurbished single and double rooms all of which are furnished and equipped en-suite to a very high standard using neutral colours within minimalist lines. The furnishings are tasteful but not too dominant, and they are designed to combine comfort with efficiency.
The pub is only two miles away from the centre of the historic City of Durham, a world heritage site, with its magnificent Cathedral and castle, Crook Hall Medieval House & Gardens and Durham Light Infantry Museum & Art Gallery. The Three Horse Shoes is situated on a bus route straight into the centre of Durham.
