Tir Nan Og is located in a quiet part of sought-after seaside village Rockcliffe, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The fantastic panoramic views extend to Screel Hill and Bengairn, over the National Trust bird reserve of Rough Island, Hestan Island and the open sea. Fully double glazed, with electric central heating and a log burner, this detached bungalow is bright yet cosy whatever the season.

Rockcliffe is set within a superb section of the Solway Coast. Walks extend to picturesque Kippford, and along the coast path to the vast beach at Sandyhills. There are opportunities for gliding, birding, golf, sailing, biking, and forest trails nearby, whilst further afield offers historic castles, abbeys, houses and gardens. Local amenities include a shop and seasonal cafe at Colvend, 2 minutes away by car, and a seasonal shop/cafe at Sandyhills, as well as a range of shops, cafe and pubs in Kippford, mobile post office at Colvend and mobile library.
