This is a beautiful contemporary, stylish and unique Chic Boutique Studio Apartment/ Guest House. Being a Stylist everything has been selected through a designers eye! A new modern kitchen with integrated oven and hob, a small fridge and a modern black sink and tap. Grey microwave, kettle, and toaster compliments the grey tones in this guest house, A Stunning dark grey Bathroom featuring a black vanity unit and a unique black toilet. A very comfortable large/ double size easy to pull out sofa bed/ Smart TV. Sit and relax in the outdoor private deck overlooking the Chiltern Hills and Wycombe Valley. Sit amongst the birds and trees and feel at peace. A relaxing getaway awaits you! Now proudly awarded the BC Traveller Review Awards 2026 9.5 rating.

An interior designer and floral expert - always obsessed with design and style! Whilst I do this in the evenings and weekends it has been my passion for as long as I can remember! I love to travel from The Maldives to Bali! Love wildlife/ nature with long weekly walks in the woods opposite the house. Mindfulness/ wellbeing and yoga are integral to my life and i have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for over 6 years! Both my husband and I have Enhanced DBS.

A private quiet semi rural location surrounded by woodland and fields. Great access by car into Central London and the train will take you to Marylebone in 20 minutes! Local amenities are excellent with a Tesco express/ Aldi and McDonalds just a few minutes away. The guest house quiet and peaceful and you can enjoy the private balcony views over Wycombe Valley and also enjoy a small garden with Egg Chair and private BBQ area. In addition you have two bistro tables with chairs and a beautiful Indian Parasol as we do get all day sun being South West Facing!
