Lovely old house located down a country lane. Spotlessly clean with loads of space. The Bacon and eggs and other goodies were a nice touch. So quiet - slept really well in the comfy beds. Will try and go back someday

Location was reasonably quiet for a semi-detached property. Little traffic for having a road next to house. Very good off-road parking. Allowed to adjust heating to personal comfort. Owners responded quickly to problem.

Such a beautiful little spot. The hosts were exceptionally kind, giving us tours of their farm and helping us navigate acquiring information on some family ancestry. The home was very fun, old and full of character. Beautiful property!

Our house is a semi detached Victorian farm house. It is on a working farm, on a quiet country road but just off main road and only 3 mile from Cookstown which has a great selection of shops. There are also a lot of tourist attractions and parks near by and as we are in centre of Northern Ireland, it takes just one hour to get to all essential places to see eg Giants Causeway, Fermanagh lakes, Belfast, Londonderry/Derry, Mourne mountains, Donegal etc We also keep horses for a hobby and have our own stables and sand arena We live beside house but have our own entrance. Close enough if you need anything but far enough away for privacy.
We live in the house and work on the farm beside you. We have cattle, calves and horses which are in the fields from spring to autumn. We have a dog and 2 cats. We like to travel to all the beauty spots and historic buildings in Northern Ireland including National Trust properties of which there are several nearby so we can give you lots of advice on things to see and do if required. We look forward to welcoming you to Tullyard House.
We live on a quiet country road just a short walk from the main road. It is very peaceful and quiet. The views across the fields are amazing There are several National Trust properties nearby including Springhill House, The Argory and Ardress House. Drum manor, Tullyhogue Fort, Dungannon Park, Parkanaur and Beaghmore Stone Circles are just a short drive away and ideal for walks. Pomeroy forest is close by with an amazing new walk for children. There are an excellent selection of coffee shops and restaurants, all within a short drive, in Cookstown, Stewartstown and Donaghmore to name a few. Our farm has fields and lanes which are ideal for walking dogs. We have the Bardic Theatre in Donaghmore and Burnavon in Cookstown which put on performances on a regular basis. There is lots for kids to do and a variety of play parks both indoor and outdoor nearby. Also a swimming pool and cinema in Cookstown Mountain biking is very popular and Davagh Forest and Gortin Glen Forest Park are within easy reach.
