This traditional cottage is in a bustling North Cotswold village, perfect for family and friends to make the most of Warwickshire no matter the time of year. The village of Kineton has all the amenities you need, along with local pubs and an Indian restaurant. With access to footpaths, and on the National Cyclist route. A short distance from Stratford-upon-Avon or the Cotswolds has many traditional villages and market towns including Chipping Campden, Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold. This area has several National Trust houses, plus Blenheim Palace and Ann Hathaway’s cottage. In a great location at the heart of the village, in a street brimming with history. Inside you will find a lounge/kitchen/breakfast room, separate dining room, utility room with downstairs toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a main bathroom, two bedrooms have ensuites. On the top floor is a king-size bedroom with ensuites and dressing area. Outside is a patio area with a table and chairs perfect for entertaining, an area of lawn, plus a BBQ for outside cooking. There is secure storage for bikes and roadside parking, subject to availability
