Property info

Our charming Victorian home backs onto one of Grantham's many parks. You're within minutes of all major transport links and within a 10 minute walk of the town centre. This home is close to a local shop too! There are 4 bedrooms set over 3 floors. The first floor has 2 kingsize rooms and the second floor has 2 single rooms. There is a full bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor. The house has a large, modern kitchen diner, utility room and lounge.
