The Cottage is 19th century with the original stone fireplace and features. It has been sympathetically upgraded and extended, whilst maintaining the orginal features of the stone fireplace and exposed beams. The kitchen is light and airy overlooking the south facing garden, with stable door leading out onto the terrace. Parking for one car is available directly outside the property. There is no provision for charging electric cars at the property, but there are points in nearby Crickhowell and Abergavenny. There is also locked storage for bikes and plenty of room to store outdoor gear. Tysylfaen is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Brecon Beacons and the Brecon & Monmouthshire Canal. There is bus stop outside the property with bus links to Brecon or Abergavenny, which is convenient for the Abergavenny Food Festival. The Green Man Festival is within walking distance of the property. If you are a cyclist the property has secure outbuildings to safely store your bikes and there is plenty of space for wet outdoor gear. The south facing garden is peaceful and tranquil with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
