Unica is a 2 bedroom 6 berth holiday home double glazed Central heated on the Beeches area of Southview Leisure Park one of the best loved holiday parks in Skegness Beeches is a quiet area of the park with little through traffic and also within easy reach of the park's main facilities. Unica is a light and open caravan with bench seating and 2 bedrooms, one main double and two twin rooms with a pull out sofa bed in the living area, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests for a weekend away or a family holiday in the summer. As mentioned, the pool and restaurant complexes are within walking distance of the caravan as is the main evening entertainment; guests can also park directly outside the caravan for ease of access. BEDDING & LINNEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ADVERTISED PRICE. IT CAN BE PROVIDED UPON ADDITIONAL REQUEST AT EXTRA COST.
