There is a Neighbourhood watch in the area, so all guests Must adhere to the rules and regulations and always consider the neighbours at all times during their stay. No DRONES or KITES to be flown anywhere near the neighbourhood. No unruly behaviour (guests can lose their deposits if they are called out.) If there is going to be noise, guests Must communicate this to the host ahead of their stay to warn the neighbours and make them aware.
