We overlook the harbour and has fabulous views of it and Damien Hurst's Verity. Watch the ships, fishing boats and occasionally dolphins! Ilfracombe's bars and restaurants only a five minute walk away too.. You’ll love my place because the apartment is tastefully furnished and has a really spacious light feel to it.We provide most things to help your stay be an enjoyable one. Relax on the balcony with a glass perhaps. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The apartment is private and has no shared space. It is accessed by a central stairway (there are 3 apartments accessed from the stairs) The bedroom is at the rear, and although it doesn't face out to sea, it has a very sunny outlook as it's south facing. The bed is comfortable and there is a TV which plays DVDs and CDs, but has no aerial attached. The sitting room TV has Freeview and you can access Netflix and so on. There is a very comfortable sofa, a dining table which seats 4, a smaller sofa and fabulous views over the harbour and across to Wales. There is a monocular provided to watch the boats . In the cupboard you'll also find ironing board and iron, should you feel the urge to iron while you're there. On a more relaxing note, there is my old Fender guitar, if you fancy playing. Also are art materials, jigsaws and yoga mats, for your use. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The plug is operated by turning the chrome control where the overflow is. It's all new, with a thermostatic bar shower. It is good and hot, but turn it up!! The kitchen is small, but well-appointed and should have everything you need. If you're using the oven, please use the foil provided, as it saves me having to clean it every two days. I'd really appreciate it being left in the same condition you find it in.
