Warbrook is a detached barn conversion on the owner's working smallholding, 1.3 miles from the village of Bradworthy in Devon. The cottage sleeps up to five in two bedrooms which are made up of a king-size double with an en-suite bath, and a twin with a day bed and an en-suite shower. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture and a play area. Warbrook is a fantastic cottage for a peaceful holiday.
