Welsh Row House is a large detached former pub / restaurant and has recently been renovated and designed to a very high standard in an area of stunning natural beauty in North Wales. The whole spacious ground floor is one large holiday let that can sleep up to 10 people, perfect for large families, friends or groups. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus WC, large living /dining room and kitchen. The property is fully centrally heated with the addition of a log fire and broadband available for free on Wi-Fi and access via Ethernet points. Large games room in the centre of everything pool table, Football game, Xbox and Wii and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large free car park for a number of vehicles, large south facing garden terrace area for eating out or relaxing on sun loungers. It is superbly positioned with great access to roads but with far reaching views over beautiful countryside. The property is Pet Friendly for responsible owners, with dog walking area and closed in garden. In a great location with the village of Llandegla having a local pub, restaurant and shop within walking distance, plus some of the best Welsh countryside on your doorstep.

Hi and Welcome to Welsh Row House. We hope you enjoy your stay. We aim to be as helpful as we can and be around if needed, but also to leave you in peace. We used to run Welsh Row House as The Willows pub / restaurant and we enjoyed the social side very much. The property layout has been designed with the social side in mind. Large open plan areas with the games room at the centre. So we like to think we have put the fun at the centre of your holiday. Once you light the log burner, start playing pool, XBox, Wii, Football table and board games you probably won't want to go out. But if you do we would like to share our knowledge of the area, local pubs, restaurants, things to do and places to see. We will provide you with a full list. We ourselves have two small dogs and love taking them for walks.

There are many activities in the local area. Within 20mins there is Mountain Bike Centre, trout fishing, clay pigeon shooting, laser combat, canoeing, kayaking, Steam railway, horse-drawn canal trips, white water rafting, paddle boarding and loads of walks. Then a little further a field there is Chester (Shopping / Races / Zoo / Bus Tours / River Tours / City Walls). Then a bit further still there are castles, beaches, stately homes, Snowdonia National Park, zip wire ..... The list goes on. Then there are towns to explore like Llangollen, Ruthin, Chester, Llandudno and many more. This is just a taster of what's on offer in the area.
