Westpark Apartment situated in East Kilbride is a comfortable, stylish and exceptionally equipped ground floor apartment comprising living room, double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The property underwent a full refurbishment program in October 2018 and facilities include gas central heating, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine and a luxury bathroom with a walk -in shower enclosure with a rain head shower. High speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property along with a large 4K High Definition television with access to Netflix, SKY Movies, On Demand and Catch Up services.

The apartment is located in a quiet street less than 5 minutes walk to Scotland’s largest undercover shopping and leisure centre allowing for easy access to a wide range of shopping, dining and leisure facilities that include major retailers, extensive choice of restaurants, coffee shops, ice skating rink and cinema. Glasgow city centre is 6.8 miles from the apartment, the nearest airport Glasgow Airport is 16 miles from the property. Both rail and bus stations are easily accessed being only 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment.
