White House Cottages comprises 2 barn conversions which have been modernised to a high standard, yet have kept the features which reflect the country location of the properties. Incorporating a fullyfitted kitchen including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and central heating . The bathroom/ shower rooms are all fully tiled in travertine stone . all linen, towels are provided plus wi fi is included. the properties are fully furnished in a style to reflect their surrounding . off street parking is included. We have added an additional appartment "The Loft" which is a modern spacious accomodation with its own outside area and overlooks the village green on the front with views over Durham City to the rear. The properties are situated in tranquil Brandon village , with its delightful village green, Local pub and surrounding farmland. there are numerous walks and cycle trails nearby and it is a perfect base to explore Durham City and County Durham

We have sold our hotel business to concentrate on developing our 3 self catering cottages. We have modernised and finished the cottages to a high standard so that they reflect the standards you would expect in a quality hotel, but with a personal touch.. With our extensive knowledge of the area we will be able to direct you to some great restaurants / bars and also direct you to the numerous attractions of Durham City and county Durham . we have also organised discounts at a few restaurants .

The cottages are located in tranquil Brandon village , which is a small hamlet of 50 houses witha village green and a traditional country pub. Yet it is only a few minutes drive from Durham City
