Celia, who runs Beautiful Holiday Homes, has worked in both marketing and property for over 10 years. On the side she has also done a fair amount of restaurant reviewing, and having previously run a lifestyle management company she is always happy to share recommendations or go that bit further to ensure guests have the prefect stay. Sonia, joined the Beautiful Holiday Homes team from a luxury hotel management background and knows first hand the importance of customer service. Sonia is also a foodie who loves to travel herself so knows first hand what guests expect. We only take on properties that the we ourselves would like to stay in and currently have a beautiful selection of properties that is constantly growing, so if the first property you enquire about isn't available then we will always try and help by suggesting another lovely property that is. Set on the dramatic and vast landscape of Caithness, Wildeston is a true home from home, just a 5 minute drive from the most Northernly point of Scotland, Dunnet Head and 15 minutes drive from Thurso. Sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, this home has ample space for friends, families and well behaved dogs are welcome too!

An underrated part of Scotland. Situated just next to the most Northernly point of the UK, we are right next to some of the most amazing beaches Scotland has to offer. Thurso is a short 15 minute drive away and we are slap bang on the NC500 route. Wick is a 30 minute drive away and John O'Groats just 15 minutes. Our fabulous neighbours at Dunnet Bay distillery are just around the corner (Rock Rose Gin) as is the beautiful Dunnet Head Lighthouse. This area has so much history and stories to tell and we can recommend so many places to visit. Dunnet Head and the surrounding northern tip of Scotland is one of the best places in the UK to see the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). As the most northerly point of the mainland, its high-altitude cliff views and minimal light pollution provide excellent, unobstructed views north over the Pentland Firth to Orkney.
