Kents Farm Cottages are situated alongside Louth Canal at Austen Fen. Set in a 12 acre smallholding on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The chalk-capped Lincolnshire Wolds contain the highest ground between Yorkshire and Kent. Affording extensive views to Lincoln Cathedral in the West, the sea to the East and the Fens to the South. Most of the Wolds was designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in 1973.
Kents Farm Cottages are only a few miles from the glorious East Coast with it’s golden sands and sand dunes full of wildlife. In October and November crowds flock to see the new born seal pups at Donna Nook which is only 4 miles up the coast. In the other direction are the wonderful Lincolnshire Wolds and all the treasures they offer.
