You will have a great time at this comfortable self contained cottage bungalow. A double bedroom with additional single bed available. In addition a double sofa bed available in lounge. Fully fitted kitchen, shower room, separate w.c. Free parking, access to extensive garden adjacent to River Axe with fishing rights. Garden furniture loungers, fire pit and barbecue for your use. The market town of Axminster a short drive or 20 minute walk. Beautiful Jurassic coast just a 15 minute drive away. We welcome pets but a one off fee of ten pounds per stay payable at the property.

Part of grade 2 listed converted water mill. Positioned on the outskirts of the market town of Axminster. Free parking at premises. In order to access beautiful Devon and Dorset car recommended. Many local walks close by
