Our object is located at "Bethlehem Street" N32. "160 Degrees", located in the historic part of "Bethlehem rock" in Tbilisi. The two-storey building is located in the middle of the street, where the panoramic views of all the sights of Tbilisi are opened. Our unique views are from the terrace and balconies, from where the name of the object came – "160 degrees", so You can see the whole city: Baratashvili bridge, Peace Bridge, European Park, Avlabari, Elia Mountain is in the hands of the river Mtkvari gorge in both directions, west and east Georgia, and the Glaciers set as a distant wall. The concept is decided in an impressive style of the 80s of the last century, due to the history of the object, the house was rehabilitated in 2018. The design of this object is the original author's design. None of what you'll see here is a surface level imitation of any existing design. This particular apartment stands out amongst the rest, by it's uniqueness. Those who wake up with the sunrise, an unforgettable dawn awaits - the singing of nightingales, red roofs of Sololak and the peak of the Kazbeg glacier. The spaces in the apartments allow you to move freely. The furniture here is tasteful and comfortable, and there is extra seating to entertain your friends. In addition to basic lighting, there are also decorative lightings for different moods. The design was perfected for your coziness and comfort. I am Maya, the little housewife of this big house. I am an art critic by first education, currently an interior designer and decorator. I also take care of our small garden. With the help of our foreign friend and partner, with his financial support, it became possible to purchase and beautify this unique object, for which we owe him a lot of thanks and our heartfelt love! 160 Degrees is our second joint project, founded after the successful joint work on the first Leather lane apartment. The renovation process was hard and long, we enjoyed each completed stage of the work as my artistic vision took shape. We received the first guests exactly on the last day of the renovation, when we were arranging the apartments with furniture and dishes. We all worked very hard and it was nice to be appreciated by the guests and to hear many nice words. Meeting with new people, exchanging cultural and mental experiences brings positivity to this activity. Every time I am convinced that the earth is big, but the world is one and infinitely diverse. When the guests are satisfied and say, we will come back again, this is the best praise and reward for the work done. For me it means that the guests spent happy days in our apartments and fell in love with my homeland even a little. A smile of satisfaction, warmth from the heart, gratitude and love - that's what I like about this job.
