Our cottage blends modern and rustic decor, with cozy furnishings and natural materials like wood. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bedding, outdoor spaces, and bathtubs on the terrace with breathtaking mountain views. The stunning scenery and peaceful setting ensure guests feel relaxed and at home.
My husband and I created this space together, combing our love for nature and stylish living. We both enjoy hosting because it allows us to share this beautiful environment with others, ensuring they have a relaxing and memorable experience.
Kapnistavi is located on the Khelvachauri district, 23 km from Batumi. The village is nestled in a stunning gorge, rich with waterfalls, hiking trails, man-made pools, and camping spots. There is also a museum showcasing old mills, offering a glimpse into areas history. Also you will the multifunction "Adjara Wine House" in chateau style. It is nestled among vineyard’s and house a winery, an enoteca, a wine cellar with qvevris, and tasting rooms.
