✅ Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom apartment with a Large balcony and the greenest backyard in central Tbilisi. It's a newly built and one of the most well-known neighborhoods in Tbilisi for its nice architecture, infrastructure, and services. ✅The apartment is located in the center of Tbilisi - Saburtalo, in one of the prestigious districts. The advantage of our apartment is the eco-friendly area, the safest and greenest complex, which should be your ideal and comfortable vacation. In our yard, you will find all the necessary facilities :

Neighborhood info

On the main street next to the neighborhood, there are some universities and well-connected transportation lines to the center. 300m from Metro University (5 min walk) and 50m from the bus station. In the backyard are offices, restaurants, markets, Beauty salons, cafes, fitness centers, kids' parks, an agro market, Pharmacies and a super supermarket. Our complex is serviced by 24-hour security. Its location and the placement of all the necessary facilities in one space make our apartment even more attractive. The guest will not have to go anywhere else for essential needs - everything is in our complex. That is why this place is one of the most attractive for tourists.
