Art House Petunia is a charming apartment located at the heart of Old Tbilisi, just a corner away from the main avenue Rustaveli. This historical apartment, completely renovated and decorated beautifully is just a walk away from all major tourist attractions. We will make sure your stay here is unforgettable! Art House Petunia is situated in historical area in 19th century building. It is freshly renovated, decorated with antique furniture and authentic Tbilisi style decoration. A lovely veranda with flowers is perfect for morning coffee in fresh air. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with all necessities. Our beds are comfortable and our kitchen allows culinary enthusiasts to cook if they wish to. Tea and coffee is always available and we make sure to leave you a complementary bottle of Georgian wine! The whole apartment, as well as the veranda (porch) are available for all our guests. There is free parking in the courtyard of the building. Interaction with guests We are happy to communicate, advise and arrange cultural activities and other requests if needed. You will find tea, coffee and a complementary bottle of Georgian wine in our kitchen!
My name is Tata. I'm an art historian. I love travelling, music, nature and animals. I've designed and created concept of Art House Petunia with love and passion in traditions of old Tbilisi urban architecture. I like to communicate with my guests and I am always happy to give useful advice, help to plan various events and do the best to make Your stay unforgettable in Tbilisi as well as at Art House Petunia!
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storeyd building that has its own courtyard and entrance. We offer free parking area for 1 car. Art House Petunia is equipped with all the amenities: furniture, refrigerator, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary accessories - microwave, dishes, free tea and coffee. The bathroom also has all the necessary toiletries. Bed linen, towels and slippers are provided.  From Art House Petunia it is easy and convenient to walk to almost all sights of old Tbilisi- restaurants, coffees, museums, night club, Opera House, "dry bridge". Suitable for family, business trips and newlyweds (with special bonus).
