Property info

Stay in our traditional Imeretian farmhouse in the peaceful village of Obcha and experience authentic rural Georgian life. Built in the seventies of the last century our family-run guesthouse offers rooms, homemade Imeretian meals, and the warmth of genuine family hospitality. The house preserves its original character, including wooden floors that may gently creak, adding to its charm and authenticity. Located in a traditional working village, you may hear roosters, dogs, and other countryside sounds that are part of everyday rural life. During your stay, you can also visit our family winery, explore the vineyards, and enjoy wine tastings in our traditional qvevri cellar.

Guests love the peaceful atmosphere of Obcha village and the chance to experience authentic Georgian countryside life.
