Our home is designed with a balance of privacy and social space. With 5 independent en-suite bedrooms, it’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or large groups of up to 15. We are especially proud of our common areas—whether you want to cook a delicious meal in the large kitchen, relax by the crackling fire in the lounge, or stay active in our gym and ping-pong area, there is something for everyone.

We are located in a peaceful area that serves as a perfect gateway to Georgia’s most stunning regions. Being just 10 km from Natakhtari Airport makes us an ideal choice for guests planning to fly to Mestia, Batumi, or Ambrolauri. The neighborhood offers a calm atmosphere away from the city noise, yet it is strategically positioned for easy travel.
