Property info

Building was built in 19ths century and has unique high ceilings and wooden floors. The apartment is owned by family for several decades and served for several years as a gathering and hosting area for relatives and friends. As recent years district became more popular among tourists this apartment was renovated to welcome people around the world offering homey and cozy atmosphere with all comfortable facilities at affordable prices. There are five bed rooms with private bathrooms. living room with marble fireplace and separate kitchen with dining area is shared for guests.

Neighborhood info

Chugureti is another historic neighborhood on Tbilisi’s Left Embankment. It contains several micro-districts including Okrosubani, Plekhanovi and Vorontsov, each with very unique architecture it has lots of character with beautiful and a bit edgy environment. Antiques bazaar at Dry Bridge with unique items, Fabrika Hostel famous for It’s great for nightlife, coworking and socialising. Agmashenebeli Avenue is in the center of Chugureti with the city’s most beautiful restored facades. Tbilisi Central Station is the departure point for domestic and international trains. Other points of interest include the State Silk Museum, Dinamo Stadium and the sprawling Dezerter Bazaar food market.
