Guests can expect a spacious and comfortable whole house in a peaceful hillside location, around 4 km from Batumi. All bedrooms have air conditioning, large panoramic windows and private bathrooms. Two bedrooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and mandarin orchards, while another bedroom has a direct view towards Batumi. The first floor features a large open hall, providing plenty of space for families and groups to relax together. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and everyday household essentials. This is not a luxury villa, but a well-equipped, welcoming family house with privacy, fresh air and impressive views, while still being only a short drive from Batumi.
We want our guests to feel comfortable, independent and welcome throughout their stay. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, so guests do not need to meet the host in person. Clear instructions will be provided before arrival. Although we respect our guests’ privacy, we are always available by phone or message if any help, information or local advice is needed during the stay.
The house is located in Akhalsopeli, a quiet hillside village around 4 km from Batumi. The neighbourhood is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, mountains and mandarin orchards. It is a good choice for guests who want fresh air, privacy and a calm atmosphere while remaining close to Batumi. Batumi, the beach, restaurants and city attractions are only a short drive away. A car or taxi is the most convenient way to travel between the house and the city.
