The village of Chachkari is located near Vardzia, approximately 1.2 km away. It can be reached both on foot and by car. (We offer and pick up back). The village has a history dating back to the 6th century, there are small caves created, as well as houses with earthen baths. There is a church in the village, a wine press carved into the rock where grapes were pressed, one of the presses has a capacity of 4 tons. There are also 4 centuries-old grapes.
